The Principal and Founder of Patent-Arts is Gerard Bencen, a registered US Patent attorney and art lover, who has also worked in the European Patent system, including by representing his employer before the Enlarged Board of the European Patent Office.    Gerard has also served as General Counsel to Regeneration Technologies, Inc., now RTI Surgical, and has engaged in Federal District Court and Court of Appeals litigation.
